Since each item is personalized, we cannot accept returns. If there's a problem through no fault of you own, then we stand behind our work and will replace your tag.

Please reach out to us BEFORE you order if you're uncertain on sizing and we will definitely help you to match a good fit with your pet. Once you order and we've started to complete your tag it will be too late to change.

Please check and re-check your spelling and phone numbers BEFORE ordering. We cannot accept returns due to spelling mistakes or phone number errors. However, if the mistake is ours we will gladly make a new tag.

Yes, unfortunately over time all metal ages and shows wear. We do our best to seal the metal but nothing is 100%. Some aging (aka "patina") actually looks better. 

Since each item is handcrafted from scratch, there is a que. Generally on average the timeframe is 1-2 weeks. However, during the holidays this could be longer. Please order early during holiday season.

Absolutely!! We love making custom tags based on your ideas. If you have an idea that you'd like, chances are we can make it.  We'll do a mockup at no charge and work with you. Send a message and let's make it happen!!

No problem, just send an email and we'll work on getting you a quote on a different size.

Yes, we do.  We use USPS international shipping and cannot be responsible for the arrival of the package though.

Shipping is USPS first class and is probably the cheapest you'll find. We charge "actual" shipping charges with no hidden fees or handling. 

These rings are designed to last. The safest and easiest way is to use a stapler remover and gently  sink its fangs between the main part of the key ring and one of the ends – and the end spreads open easily so you can slide your collar ring in. You can also use a small screwdriver. I've included a video on how to do it and a photo....click the link on stapler remover to see video.

Each tag and size is different so there's no golden rule. We do everything possible to make your wording fit and still look good. If you go overboard and we can't fit it, we'll let you know.

Quite possibly. We can usually change to a different metal of combo of metals at no additional charge. If you wanted something done in sterling silver, then there would be an additional charge. Just reach out and email BEFORE you order.

If it's a workmanship fault, then we'll make a new one within a reasonable amount of time. Sending us a photo is very helpful.
